§ 1 – Incremento ponderale DIETE Si tratta di un effetto collaterale del trattamento con clozapina altrettanto frequente come con i neurolettici classici (Cohen e Coll, 1990; Lieberman e Coll, 1989; Povlsen e Coll, 1985; Schmauss e Coll, 1989). La sua incidenza è variabile ed è correlata alla durata del trattamento (Cohen e Coll, 1990; Honigfeld e Patin, 1990).
